Apple Frost

  • 2 ounces fresh pressed apple juice
  • 1 ounce Bourbon
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon sour
  • 1/2 ounce Pear brandy
  • 1/2 ounce Falernum syrup
  • cinnamon, as needed
  • sugar, as needed
  • lemon twist, to garnish
  • cinnamon stick, to garnish
  1. Dampen the rim of a cocktail glass with lemon juice and dip in a blend of sugar and ground cinnamon.
  2. Combine liquid ingredients in an ice-filled shaker.
  3. Shake; strain into the glass.
  4. Garnish with lemon peel and cinnamon stick.
