A simple, creamy and cool concoction, Apple Eggnog is a pleasure-filled beverage that’s perfectly paired with a buttery holiday cookie. Use fresh apple juice, not the transparent bottled stuff for best results.
- 3 large eggs
- 1 dash ground cinnamon
- 1 dash ground ginger
- 2 Cups apple juice; chilled
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream
- ground nutmeg
- Put the first 4 ingredients into a blender container and blend until well mixed.
- Spoon in the ice cream and blend until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and top with the nutmeg, if desired.
