After skiing in the Swiss or Austrian Alps, or the Poconos, this warming concoction is perfect to warm body, heart and soul.

  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces DeKuyper Apple Barrel schnapps
  • 1 fluid ounce Brandy
  • 1 Cup apple cider or apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until simmering, but do not boil.
  2. Pour into a mug that has been rinsed in boiling water.
