Apple Barrel Apres-Ski Toddy
After skiing in the Swiss or Austrian Alps, or the Poconos, this warming concoction is perfect to warm body, heart and soul.

- 1 1/2 fluid ounces DeKuyper Apple Barrel schnapps
- 1 fluid ounce Brandy
- 1 Cup apple cider or apple juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
- Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and heat until simmering, but do not boil.
- Pour into a mug that has been rinsed in boiling water.
