Unlike the typical Martini, this recipe uses more than a splash of vermouth, making it smoother, drier and tastier.

Serves: 1
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces Gin
  • 1 1/2 fluid ounces dry vermouth
  • Green olive
  1. Fill a mixing glass half full with ice cubes.
  2. Pour gin and vermouth into a mixing glass and stir well.
  3. Strain drink into a cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with a green olive with a toothpick through it.
