With its memorable scent, Taleggio has the same humble origin of all stracchini: it was born in the valleys of Bergamo, and then went on to reach across the Po Valley, a territory where it discovered it is an excellent pairing to polenta.
From soft to semi-soft, smooth and aromatic, becoming more full-bodied with age. Great with crusty bread and wine.
