Summary: Not worth purchasing
Comment: This is the third one I had to buy, thinking it was a good bargain. But it's just cheap in price and QUALITY. The chalk keeps sliding in when writing on the board, the spring keeps popping off the body. The same problem repeated with each one and this will be the last one I'll ever buy. Don't be fooled by the cheap price - because its quality is very poor!!!

Comment: A teacher looks rather pathetic when she can't get her chalk out of the freakin chalk-holder. Every time I reach for my holder I hesitate and end up just picking up a bare piece on the ledge b/c the chalk gets stuck in this tube more often than not. You get what you pay for on this one. Upgrade.

The only thing I am concerned is that not all chalk fit inside.
I have another chalk holder made of metal, which don't have this problem.
So before you purchase this, go check your chalk size.
