Editorial Reviews:

Print with complete wireless freedom with the Canon PIXMA MP620 Photo All-In-One Printer, via WiFi. Or, network it via Ethernet cable and print from a wired computer in another room. Print photos directly from memory cards, previewing and enhancing images on the 2.5" TFT display. Or, print from a compatible digital camera or camera phone, even a Bluetooth device via the optional BU-30 Bluetooth interface. This printer produces long-lasting 4" x 6" photos with 9600 x 2400 color dpi resolution in about 41 seconds, and its 5-color ink system ensures vivid, true-to-life colors and bold, black text. Copies will be more faithful to your originals, and your scans will yield 2400 x 4800 color dpi results.

Summary: Canon MP620 Printer
Comment: I am most happy with the purchase of the Canon MP620 printer.I was ready to buy an HP model that was recommended to me.After researching reviews on a number of web sites, I decided on the Canon. I was primarily interested in copying & sending photos of my new grand baby. This model does everything I want with good images, color & speed. If it matters, it's good looking too!

Summary: Some great features for the price
Comment: I've only had this for a couple of days, but so far I like it very much. It replaced an Epson that died after just over a year. Out of warranty, of course. I have always had Epsons, but I got tired of not having a toll free support number.
I tried the Canon after seeing it in a store and reading some good reviews.
The wirelss is a nice feature. I followed the directions closely (though they are a bit confusing) and had no trouble getting it set up.
I also like the wheel on the printer control panel for navigatng menus.
One of the best things is having two paper trays so I can switch back and forth between photos and other printing without changing paper. this is really convenicent. In the past with my Epson I sometimes forgot to put the right paper in and either wasted photo paper or wasted ink printing a photo on plain paper.
It also does not seem to suck up ink as fast as the Epson, which used it ruthlessly.
A final feature that is small, but really nice, is that the front door where the prints come out opens automatically when you print or copy something. In the past I have sometimes forgotten to do this and ended up with mangled paper and ink inside the printer.
I'm still playing aournd with the settings for photos, but they seem to be pretty good. Maybe not quite as good as the Epson, but good.
My only complaint, a small one, is that printing photos at the highest quality setting is very, very slow. Also, i would have liked a printed manual instead of an online one.

Summary: Bargain Printer/Scanner/Copier
Comment: Quiet, quick, compact. Setup is a long process but just follow the manual and you won't have any problems. I am not using the wireless or network setups, however. If the ink usage is better than my old Epson, I'll update to 5 stars. I like the way all the doors close so it doesn't collect dust and is easy to clean. The front door opens by itself when it needs to eject a page.

Summary: Good Easy to Use Printer
Comment: I got the Canon MP620 after getting tired of hassling with my HP All-in-One which would lock up for no apparent reason. The Canon is simple, has worked perfectly. I haven't set it up on my home network yet. I miss having a fax, but I'll figure out the scanner and use it to email what I would have faxed. I have had only one paper jam since I bought the printer and no "phantom" problems, a pleasure after my frustrating years with HP.

Summary: Great print quality, long install (but no problems)
Comment: I first got the Kodak ESP 7 for my wi-fi printing needs, but the print quality was below even the Canon i560 it was replacing so back it went. Canon really has the photo printing done well, and the 620 is another improvement.

Took off a star because the install process could use improvement. I had no problems on XP or Vista but it was time consuming and required a USB cable (included.) The Kodak's install was completely wireless and easy.
