Comment: Very clear stones, nice strudy clasp, and great detail on flowers. When I received this bracelet however, two of the stones had popped out of their settings. I have not had the chance to call customer service and request an exchange, but I hope this is not an on-going problem with this bracelet.

Comment: The stones are all bright, clear, very shiney and offsets the silver nicely. I took off a star because the flowers are seperate pieces and will require you taking an extra couple of minutes to make sure they're are smoothed down and lying flat when you first put it. Definately fussier than a regular pendant but check it when you check your hair and makeup and it'll be fine. I was able to turn flowers the right way without looking in the mirror the first time I wore it, though. The whole thing is quite sturdy and links are thick so you don't have to worry when you're fiddling with it. ICE has excellent customer service and if you need to return or exchange an item ask for their FedEx account number (they'll absorb the shipping charges). I'm definately very happy with their service, unique items and great prices =)!
