Summary: Actually 0 stars; don't waste your money
Comment: I'd been having trouble with neighborhood cats using unplanted portions of my garden beds as litter boxes. I cleaned the areas up and applied shake away granules (hard to shake out because particles stick together & watch out because the top of the container doesn't fit well and can pop off). Within 2 days the cats were back. I cleaned up my beds & reapplied "Shake Away" granules before going to work, by noon there was a fresh pile. In addition when my cat went outside she sniffed the air and immediately went into the garden bed (where she'd never gone before) and started sniffing around. This product is a is a total waste of $$ and appears to attract cats!

Comment: Do not waste your money on this product. I purchased it a few months back and the cats were back in my planter beds the very afternoon after applying this stuff.

Comment: if I had known that I could have bought it at the local Ace Hardware store instead of paying Amazon for shipping, I would have gotten it locally. What I figured out from previous reviews is that "more is not better". I sprinkle very sparingly amounts about 2 a week on trees, bushes, fence corners - the typical places a coyote or fox would mark. I can see cats in other yards in the neighborhood but they avoid our yard, which was the goal on order to keep our indoor cat calm and to provide sanctuary for the birds in the backyard.
