Customer Rating: Summary: beautiful bag, but.... Comment: I purchased the red bag and it is beautiful. I get compliments everywhere I go, but I fear it is not made very well. First, when I took it out of the bag the first time one of the metal tips on the drawstrings came off. I informed the company and they took it back and glue the metal tips on. If I were a perfectionist, I would have returned the bag because the glue job was very sloppy, but I was so anxious to carry my beautiful new bag. Now after carrying the bag for 2 or 3 weeks, the lining side seam has split and being satin (or satin) it frayed badly. I guess I could send it back again....but what a hassle. It has held up to holding a large amount of weight, is incredibly stylish ( even more so than can be seen in the picture), and fits just about anything I need on a day-to-day basis. I can fit water bottles and small lunch boxes along with my planner and every day essentials. Everyone I know loves this bag and tells me so over and over again. Thank you who ever designed this bag. I LOVE IT!!
