The customer service representative was helpful and they provided a paid shipping label to return the item for repair. Yesterday, we received the fixed item in the mail. Comment: I like the bracelet. It looks like the photo, but I was expecting the stones to be somewhat larger than they actually are. It is still a nice piece of jewelry. It came quickly and was packaged well, and was a great deal, even with the stones being smaller than expected.
