Comment: I am 5'3" and this ball fits my size. I was a bit worried that it would be too big, but that is not the case at all. Right now the ball is primarily being used as a desk chair. I sit on it just about every day & my husband (who is 5'9" likes it as a chair too). I have also used it to exercise. Oh, and my step-kids have had immense joy in playing with it. I would recommend this ball to anyone. I did have to re-pump it twice in the first month that I have had it, but that's because I like to have it super-firm when I do my crunches and work outs on it.

I really like this workout ball. I found this ball great for workouts, and a nice periodic change for my deskchair as well. It has a slightly tacky surface, so you don't slip (like the feel of a rubber band - it doesn't feel 'sticky'). It is firm while still having a cushiony feel. It also feels very sturdy so I don't worry about it popping. There is a guide that is very easy to use to help you blow it up to the right size (the pump is included). I've used several other workout balls and this is my favorite.
