Customer Rating: Summary: Great Piece of Equipment Comment: I bought this camera not for your typical surveillance use. We have an out of control Halloween party each year and i thought that this would be the best way to add a level of sophistication to the party.
My intentions were to mount in on the back deck so that the partygoers inside could keep an eye on the activities that were going on in the backyard and catch some debacherous action. In the end I mounted it to a helmet and plugged the camera into a portable battery, Instant Partycam! IT worked great and was the hit of the party! The wearer could go anywhere in the house while the tv in the main room displayed a POV of a drunk haunter!!
Highly recommended!
Customer Rating: Summary: Outdoor Wireless Camera Comment: This product performs as advertised. Images received are great in the daytime but night vision is only good when proper light is available from other light sources.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good low cost wireless camera Comment: Not a bad wireless camera for the money. Has the usual problems with 2.4Ghz interference, but less than I expected. Video resolution is good for this price range, but 2 limitation limits it's rating to 4 stars. First, if you use more than 1 camera, switching the channel requires a partial disassembly of the camera to get to the switches behind the lens cover. Secondly, with more than one camera, the receiver doesn't have a sweep mode so that you can view all cameras sequentially. To view the other channels, you must manually switch on the receiver front panel.
