Editorial Reviews:

White Bean & Pasta Soup (1.8 oz cup) A delicious soup rich in navy beans with tomatoes, carrots, herbs and pasta. It has fabulous flavor and only 360 mg of sodium while delivering a whooping 8g of fiber and 7 g plant protein. We really like this soup and hope you do too.

Summary: delicious!
Comment: I think the other reviewer's right about the under-cooking, but hadn't thought about it--partly because it didn't diminish my enjoyment of this soup at all. It's quite well-seasoned, with the beans giving adequate "body". Though I enjoy a number of other Dr. McDougall's soups, this is among my favorite.

Summary: Not Bad
Comment: I enjoyed the low sodium lentil soup more, and the pasta in this soup just didn't seem to cook all the way no matter how long I let it sit. Next time I will try to simmer it in a saucepan rather than microwave it.
