Summary: It works like a charm but...
Comment: I just about gave up because I could not get it to work with my Yamaha P-120 Electric Piano. The LED would flash and the device was recognized by my MacBook but sound could not be transmitted or received. As a last ditch effort I swapped the midi-in and out on the piano and voila'! It works like a charm, all you do is plug it in... no drivers to install or download.
