Summary: hard to understand
Comment: While the talking part of this translator may be in the native dialect, it's very hard to understand and I found nearly impossible to learn translation from. I would look for another translator!

Comment: Actually did not use the device while in France. Turns out it was not needed. It would however have been useful for telling people what we wanted, not sure how useful it would be for translation the other way around. It needs the ablity to have data typed in or voiced in so the "foreign " language could be reversed translated.

Comment: This translator went with me to Italy and Paris. Loved all the features. A little complicated to get to know but well worth it. Hope to take it with me on many more travels!
