Good elderberry syrup is very hard to find--and this is very good!
If you ever find a great elderberry syrup, buy it. Elderberries are hard to come by and elderberry syrup must be very carefully cooked in small batches to capture the sweet, tangy flavor of wild elderberries. This elderberry syrup was a long time in development to get it just right. We think you will really enjoy this wonderful elderberry syrup.
This elderberry syrup is made with pure elderberry juice. There are no other fruit or juice additives. There is no corn syrup. (Corn syrup is a sweetener that masks the true fruit flavor.) The elderberry flavor comes through bright and clear.
Enjoy this rare gourmet syrup on pancakes or waffles or on ice cream and desserts. You can also make a wonderful vinaigrette with this syrup.
