Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: Lack of Customer service Comment: The bike did not work= it stopped giving any power from the motor after 15 seconds then a few seconds latter if I pressed the lever it would move forward for another 15 seconds. I know something about battery opperated systems so I recharged overnight and retryed it and got the same result 2 more times. The biggest disappointment was not being able to speak to anyone or get an answer to my e mails for several days. All the phone numbers brought me to an answer machines.
