The customer service was great as far as doing an exchange that was a bit complicated. I'm happy with this bag, it is the size and look that I wanted. I feel for the price its a great bag and I will get as much use out of it as I can. As far as the quality, of course its not real leather but it looks nice...I haven't had it long enough to comment on the durability but I don't think its reasonable to have high expectations for a bag at this price.
