Summary: Great little MP3 player
Comment: I purchased this for my 76yr old mother, who beleive it or not uses it a lot when she works out. She also likes to listen to it when she reads.
The other reason I purchased this particular player was for the FM Tuner. That way when she is riding the recumbant bike at the YMCA she can listen to Martha Stewart on the TV's there.
She really loves it.

Summary: San Disk - Good Buy at Good Price
Comment: The Sansa Clip is all and more than I expected it to be. Quality is good, sound is very good. A less expensive alternative to the iPod and as good or better. Does it all, songs and radio. Easy to operate but instructions could be improved.

Summary: best 1gb mp3 player for the price
Comment: Great mp3 player, small enough to actually clip it anywhere you want and it won't fall out, beats the ipod shuffle by a longshot, and it even has a radio, what more could you ask for? the sound quality is great with the the standard headphones but yoi'll get even better sound with more expensive headphones, battery life is good and my computer recognized it right away.

the great thing is that it doesn't need any additional software to install or run and you can drag and drop files, or use an mp3 player manager to put songs in it (I either just drag and drop songs or use windows media player). I have no idea why people are having problems hooking this thing up to their computer, it couldn't be easier, I guess its either their fault or their computers' fault

I did a lot of research before buying a small 1gb mp3 player, and this was the bets choice, small, good battery life, good sound, it's just perfect and it works

Summary: A Solution
Comment: First off this was perfect for me. I use it to record my own voice then I plug it in, go to My Computer and get the voice files out of the Record folder. Since they record in WAV files, I convert them to mp3s to save space.

You must "eject" the player before you remove it. I believe that's why it gets to a point where it isn't recognized. If this happens to yours here's a solution for you if the computer won't recognize it. Turn it on. Put it in the locked position and press and hold the circle button while plugging it in. Hold for about five-seven seconds. You should see it in My Computer, Windows Media Player sync tab and Rhapsody.

Also you can download software for it as well here: http://www.sandisk.com/Retail/Default.aspx?CatID=1376)

Summary: SanDisk Sansa Clip 1 GB
Comment: This mp3 player is perfect for working out and riding the bus. It is easy to use without reading the instructions. Just drag and put the mp3 file into the Sansa folder and you can listen to the music instantly. It is a great product for people who do not want to fuss with the IPOD software.
