Comment: Bought this after surgery on rotator cuff. It works well, stays in place, and stays cold for the whole time I am supposed to use it (1/2 hour). After a couple of hours in the freezer, it's ready to go again. Glad I bought it.

Comment: I love this pack! It fits perfectly and I don't need to worry about it falling off my shoulder. I can put this on and still move around if I need to. I have only used it for cold, so not sure how it works for warm therapy.
