Customer Rating: Summary: Surprised by neg. reviews Comment: I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've been using my C120 for about a year. I'm only on my 3rd set of black inks and second of the color. I think I print a fair amount. I use draft mode for anything just text or with color if I don't need good quality. The printer is good quality and I'm very happy with it. My only complaint is that it's noisy.
Customer Rating: Summary: Not worth your time or monty Comment: I've owned this printer for less then a year. It already prints crooked regardless of what I do now. The text is off after printing ~20 sheets so I have to run the printer alignment which wastes a LOT of ink. Do not purchase this printer. It also uses so much ink per sheet even on the lowest settings. Good luck elsewhere. Shame on Epson for such a product.
Customer Rating: Summary: too much ink Comment: my family and business were fans of epson. my office uses approximately 20 epson printers. the 82, 84, 86, and 88, we used and we thought it was good. when the 120 came out we bought able 4 or 6 thinking it would be better. the quality is reasonable, but the thing that just sucks is that it uses too much ink. i don't recommend buying this printer.
Customer Rating: Summary: Epson Stylus C120 does not support Windows 98 Comment: I purchased the Epson Stylus C120 in order to experiment with refilling Epson Brand cartgridges and also for testing aftermarket brands of cartridges. The printer functions well using Windows Vista. I had intended to use the C120 with an older computer running Windows 98. Upon trying to install the printer on the Windows 98 machine I found that Windows 98 is not compatible with the C120.
Customer Rating: Summary: World's Most Expensive INK HOG! Comment: While the quality of the printing is fine, the cost of supplying the ink for this printer makes it the absolute worst printer I have ever owned. Buying the Epson C120 was a huge and costly mistake. It eats up the color cartridges like there's no tomorrow. Shame on Epson!
