Summary: Terrible
Comment: Bought this program last week. No instructions, no troubleshooting. I downloaded it on my brand new computer and I tried to burn a dvd. Goes through the entire buring process and the copy won't play in anything! Not even on my computer. Then I downloaded the newer version because apparently the '08 version has some problems, and the '09 version doesn't even work! Error messages left and right..... this whole process has been a complete waste of my time.

Comment: I bought this Rip off. No help. No instructions included. It takes multiple hours to convert and thats about all it does. Cannot find its own files...and the program shuts down for no apparent reason. I have yet to be able to burn a dvd with it. All this on a brand new computer...and I am no novice.
Dont buy it...look elsewhere. These people should be prosecuted for fraud.

Comment: I bought this product for its simplicity. I simply wanted to be able to copy dvds and it does it very well and very easily. This is a very easy product to use. It was shipped very quickly as well.

Comment: This program is perfect for my needs. With the click of a button I can backup all of my movies onto another DVD hard disc. The program also gives you the options of creating your own DVD if you have video stored on your computer or you can copy a DVD to your hard drive in the form of a WMV, AVI, or MPEG4 format. I haven't experienced any issues with backing up any of my DVD's. All of them have copied successfully without any trouble.
The only complaint I have is the amount of time it takes. To back up a DVD you need about 45 minutes of time. And copying a DVD to your computer hard drive takes about 4 hours. But if you have the time to just let it run, the program works great! It works the best out of any copying program I have tried.

Summary: So Far So Good...
Comment: I just bought this software and it basically did what I wanted. I converted my physical DVD of Old School to WMV and placed in a folder on my computer. Then I uploaded to my mp3 player. Everything worked as promised.
Now my only knocks would be the very long converting process (6 hours). That may have something to do with me not changing any settings and using the basic procedures. As a novice to video conversion I just did the fundamental operations. I'm sure there are tweaks that I can in the future to speed up the process. Also, I don't have the fastest computer in the world either.
In any case, the product worked like I wanted and can't really complain. I'd recommend it.
