It contains: 2 Classic Rice (White Bread) Loaves, 1 Cinnamon Swirl Bread Loaf, 1 package (2 cookies) Chocolate Chip Cookies, and 1 package (2 cookies) Snickerdoodle Cookies. All of the gluten-free breads contain rice flour, arrowroot starch, potato starch, water, powdered milk, eggs, butter, granulated and brown sugar, yeast, xanthan gum, and starch. The cookies have rice flour, potato and arrowroot starch, butter, eggs, granulated and/or brown sugar, baking soda and/or baking powder, xanthan gum, pure vanilla, and salt.
