I have used the trainer every night for 5 - 10 minutes over the past few weeks. I have seen a noticeable difference in the quality and distance of my shots. I am hitting straighter and longer shots than before. Recently, I was hitting over 150 yards with my 7-iron, which is a milestone for me.
