Summary: Mac Compatiable
Comment: If you own a computer that operates on Windows then you may want to skip to the next review, because it is meant to help those who use Mac OS Leopard. I got my Mac before the iSight camera was included in the monitor of the computer; so finding a camera that was in a reasonable price range that gave an image of good quality is a challenge.
This particular camera not only works on the Mac but it operates with Photo Booth, which has been recently made available through Leopard. I have had some problems with that program wanting to recognize the camera at all times, but it will work, and with the special effects that that Photo Booth offers. The picture quality for the still shots is a little pixelated, but then again this rather small web cam is not a 12 MP camera either.
Because the camera was made for a PC the software for the camera cannot be installed onto the computer, so the little extra things such at focus, zoom and the other little effects that the camera offers cannot be utilized.
As for online chatting I know that MSN and iChat recognize the camera but I have not yet had the opportunity to chat with others on those particular programs, I have had the opportunity to use Skpye, and from what I've been told it has a good sharp quality to the motion images.
Over all I am quite happy with the product and I would recommend it to other Mac users that have the older computers.

Comment: I have to say, I absolutely love this camera! The quality of the sound and video is wonderful, and the little fun filters you can apply to your video is a cute little free add on as well. If I had to note drawbacks, I would say the face tracker feature is a bit ridiculous (it moves so much it kind of makes you feel sick), but I don't want to take any stars away because I don't really see the point of that sort of functionality anyways.
I was really hesitant to buy a camera in this price range, but after having no success with cheaper cameras on my Vista 64 bit system, I just went for it. After using it now for a month, I'm so glad I did!

Summary: I love this camera
Comment: My daughter lives and I are separated by 700 miles and we talk everyday now we can see each other as we talk using the Logitech 900 web cam. I've looked at many cams and decided on this one due to other reviews I had seen. The quality of pictures and video is truly wonderful! It can adjust to most any lighting scituation automatically; amd the delay is minimal. Only issue is that I wasn't able to load it on my older PC. Even my laptop is somewhat dated and both are running Windows XP, however I could never get it to work on my PC. It works perfectly on my laptop.
