Comment: This is one of these great old movies which will always be a classic, and stands out among all the shill that is produced today. I'm proud to be a stickler of the old school, and this movie definitely reinforces that!

Summary: Still Love It
Comment: I watched this one when it was in the theater. When it hit cable I was still a kid and had to make a VHS copy. Now that I have it on DVD, I still enjoy it as much as the first time I watched it. The acting is decent. The story is just fun. The setting is perfect. And, the cast works together well.

Comment: The Goonies is a classic children's film from the 1980s. Sean Astin and Corey Feldman give the best performances in this adventure flick. Great film to watch on a rainy Saturday, I highly recommend this "treasure". Enjoy!

Summary: Goonies
Comment: I first watched this years ago when it first came out, but I didn't remember much about it, except that I had enjoyed it. I re-watched it now with my kids, and it is reminiscent of Indiana Jones or possibly National Treasure, but with kids as the protagonists. It is rated PG for some juvenile humor at the beginning (which mostly went over the kids heads), and a couple of scary places. It was still enjoyable for me, and the kids all gave it a thumbs up.
