Spotlight customer reviews: Customer Rating: Summary: No Change Comment: I'm 61 years old, a health nut and eat very well. I was intrigued by all the ads regarding detox pads. I bought these pads over others because of the good reviews on Amazon and other sites. I ordered a months worth and followed the directions to a tee. I kept waiting to feel some change, i.e. more energy, etc. but after one month there was absolutely no change in my body at all. They were very easy to put on but in the morning it was a different story. It took a lot of scrubbing to get the smell and the adhesive off. (I would stick to the floor if I didn't remove the adhesive!) The smell was like an old musty barbecue pit. Even my sheets smelled. Actually it's the smell of wet tree bark. The pads did get wet and dark, but obviously when a part of the body is cut off from air, it will sweat in tha spot, therefore, the wet dark substance. I kept hoping through the process that I would feel something and kept a positive attitude, but, alas, the month finished with me feeling the same as in the beginning. Not worth the money I spent.
