Comment: I bought this ball shortly after my GF saw an infomercial on TV. This is a great, sturdy, exercise ball at a fraction of the price it goes for on TV. My GF uses it everday & has never had a problem with it. If you're looking for something to help you with your cruntches this might be the way.

Comment: The ball is very easy to assemble. It's soft and supple. It's just a big disappointment because as I try to exercise with it, it slips all over the place and my exercise efforts are completely defeated.

Comment: Really good piece of equipment. It does take some pressure off the back allowing for better crunches. Make sure you get the size that will fit you the best. I went for the 65, I think the biggest they had, which turned out to be a little big but well worth it. I've had it for more than 4 months now. I can easily do 100 crunches at a time now. Just need to motivate yourself to practice.
