Comment: I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this salt box. It is a nice large size, beautifully made and gets compliments from everyone who has seen it. It's beautiful enough to sit out on the counter and it is very well made. I love how the lid is attached and slides right open when you might not have two hands available to wrestle open a spice jar. I recommend this bamboo salt box as much for beauty as well as function.

Comment: I searched at many specialty stores and online for a salt box/salt dish. I found a few, but none that really pleased me. And finally, I searched for it at Amazon and I found this Bamboo Salt Box and I am 100% satisfied with it.
I also ordered one for a friend and she loves it also. The two containers allows you to keep salt as well as herbs or other spices in easy reach while cooking. It also comes in a smaller version.
