Comment: I have a few pairs of Chucky T's, two hi tops and a low top. These are just my least favourite, it feels as if they were made in double layers at the bottom. Dont get me wrong, its just the one pair, the others are all great, but I bought these in the summer of '05, and have only wore them a dozen times, maybe. Coincidentally, Im actually wearing them now...

Summary: Large Sizes in Chuck Taylor - a true find
Comment: We are ecstatic that we are able purchase such items as men's larger sizes in shoes. In Australia, men's largest size stops at size 12 and to acquire anything above that size means paying alot more for it to be made especially. My husband is a 14 wide and our recent purchase of Chuck Taylor Hitops in size US 15 is just magic and for such a reasonable price too.
It is a shame, however, that sometimes the shipping price is pretty high for certain items. I guess it determines as to how badly you want the item.
We are very happy in the acquisition of the shoes and for these the shipping was bearable.
We are also thankful that Amazon's shopping is becoming so diverse.

Comment: I love the great quality of this shoe. It was a gift for my husband and he likes the retro look of Chuck Taylors. He wears them everyday because they are durable and fashionable; I need to buy myself a pair!
