Comment: This is the only fiber supplement we recommend at Synchrony Health. Dr. Ghani mentioned that it serves to equalize your digestion - loosen if you're constipated, and firm things up if you have, umm, the opposite problem.

Comment: Benefiber provides the desired digestive results and truly is tasteless (my main goal in a decent fiber supplement). I stir it into black coffee, and it abxolutely vanishes. Good stuff!

Comment: I don't know if this is working for the fiber part or not. I use it to balance my cholesterol. What I do know is it DOES disolve well in anything. It sits in my kitchen with a spoon on top, and i drop a spoonful into everything i drink. Tasteless..

Comment: It says it makes you full longer where you don't have to eat that much. not so. I don't feel anything but i'm still taking it because it's fiber, but i'll see.
