Comment: I can attest that my blood pressure is now much lower, my mood is improved and, this is indeed helpful for anxiety. The powdered tea requires a paper filter in a pot or, in a coffee press. I would only suggest that you first order McMate 100ct tea bags which, are especially tasty!

Comment: I would recommend this tea to all. It had a wonderful full-bodied taste that I was not expecting. It also gave me some much needed energy. It has replaced coffee most of the time as the effect is a little different and does not make me nearly as nervous as coffee. Great stuff!!
