Called again, customer service quote, "Nothing we can do about it, you ordered it from Amazon, sorry"!
I also sent 5 emails to customer service which were all ignored.
BUYER BEWARE THIS SELLER IS 1/2 STAR AT BEST! Customer Rating: Summary: Pretty but I don't know about the $$ Comment: I bought this a bit ago for my birthday. It looks really nice in the photo. However, The fabric is kind of meh. I enjoyed wearing it but the fabric is thin. Also, the snap buttons way too easily UNSNAP even if it fits you fine. So I can imagine there be some embarassing things happen in the future. Otherwise, it's quite pretty. I just have not worn this again since getting it. Customer Rating: Summary: Probably a nice dress... Comment: Newport News used to have a beautiful summer dress like this that was buttoned down the front and belted at the waist. Also had deep pockets. I purchased two of this style - one in pink and one in blue. Had so many compliments and they were beautiful, comfortable dresses.
Now I can't find anything like it anywhere. This dress would be the closest to what I am looking for.
