So if you're not experienced in doing this, it can be a lessen in frustration. Also, if you don't follow up with some sort of sealer the eyeliner will run and smear! In fact, you can remove it with just a wet napkin.
Remember the "Brady Bunch" epsiode where a woman started crying and her mascara ran and Cindy said, "Mommy! She's crying black tears!" Well that's what will happen to you if you don't follow the application of this eyeliner with a sealer.
I don't know why some of the other reviewers failed to mention that. Water is what activates the cake eyeliner in the first place, so how can the eyeliner remain water-proof and fixed without the addition of a separate product?
IMO, you have more control with a pencil and it stays on longer. Maybelline's eyeliner/brow pencil is still the best. Customer Rating: Summary: Would repurchase again..but no need for awhile...
