Comment: I love these blocks! I have limited range of motion when bending over or going into the childs pose and these help a lot. They don't move around however I press or lean on them, I can sit on them on not make a dent and they give support when bending over. The best thing is they weigh next to nothing but give me all that I need to exercise.
