Summary: So So Smooth - Best pen ever!
Comment: These are my favorite pens by far. The ink runs smooth and the lines are clear and the feel is great. I have arthritis in my hands and appreciate a pen that writes great without a lot of force. Its true that roller ball pens run out of ink sooner than ballpoints that release less ink, but the smooth feel and darker writing makes it worthwhile for me. I've tried many types of roller balls when these weren't around, and I think the Vision Elite lasted longer then many because the tip does not dry up and prevent ink from flowing. Also, I have not had any problem with too much ink being released like some other pens. Its worth the extra effort to find this particular pen. The colors are great too!

Summary: step down from the Jet Stream model
Comment: This is not a bad pen, it is the one I keep around my desk in sight, so that people grab it instead of my good pens. My good pens are also Uniball ball-point. The Jet Stream model. That model gets five stars. It has more heft in your grip, makes a more reliable line, and dries a bit quicker. Just a hair better, in other words, in the areas that make for a good pen.

Comment: These are the only pens I like to use. They don't run or skip. I have them in every color available and always get interesting comments when I use some of the unusual colors, such as bright pink or aqua. I just wish they were more readily available in colors other than blue and black.

Summary: Disappointing
Comment: As a college student who is used to cheap ball point pens, I thought I'd try something different this spring with the UniBall Vision Elite. I really love the blue/black color, and the pens do write beautifully. However, I was hoping that, for the price, they'd last longer. I bought a pack of four pens, and each one has lasted me less than 2 weeks before running dry, roughly 30 or 40 pages of writing, using the front side of the paper only because the ink tends to bleed through a little. I won't be buying these again.
