Summary: Lots of fun
Comment: It's a good tool for working on improving your kicks and foot placement. I get a lot more time in practicing than chasing after the ball. Only one thing to look out for is to make sure not to step on or get tangled up in the elastic line. Other than that, it's a great tool and a lot of fun.
