Customer Rating: Summary: No Dragon Fan! Comment: I REALLY tried to make this program work because I type lengthy narrative documents. Just couldn't, no matter what I did I continued to have multiple multiple errors. Quicker to type than use the program. Received NO support from Nuance and to make matters worse, returned the program for a refund in August 08 but am still WAITING for my refund. Their website was down when I received an email instructing me to go to the site for address etc so I called customer support. The address I was given was wrong. Thank goodness I shipped it back via UPS BUT even though I have a date/time and the name of the person that signed for the product, and a written email from October that a check is being issued, my refund check still has not shown up.
