Summary: Not bad for an inflatable, not bad at all
Comment: Actually, I was dubious at first, but when I started sitting, at length, on this cushion, it held up quite nicely - not like that memory or regular foam products that tend to collapse after a while. Not more than one can say other than "Try it out, like me".

Comment: i am a physician who uses this product, as well as the seating disc made by the same people, VERY SUCCESSFULLY, as part of the treatment for pain, especially when there is a lot of sitting involved. puts you in the right position to relax the back, does not compress nerves or restrict blood supply. many patients drive and and do plane travel with these products in order to stay pain free!

Comment: I am both a physical therapist and a person with back pain. I learned about this product at a continuing education seminar I took for my profession. If you have pain in your butt or low back when sitting, this cushion will make sitting less uncomfortable (note I did not say pain free). People without pain also like it for it's softness. One caution: The cushion is only 13" wide, although it squishes a little wider than that when you sit on it. Therefore, it is not big enough for people with wide hips.
