Everything is suitable for beginners and recreational play. As mentioned by Mr. Dubois, the racquet handle isn't cushioned and only lightly taped. Glasses are normally around 7 and balls are 4 dollars, plus you get the bag. THe only complaint is that the racquet handle becomes very slippery and is not cushioned that well.
