Comment: If you are a runner so matter what level you are - you will love having this as a partner! It will help keep you motivated and will keep track of how you are doing! The best part of this is that when you sync it up with your Ipod it will send the info from your runs and upload the results to Nike+ site. The other thing I love about the Nike+ site is that you can create challenges to compete with friends, family and people all over the world to help keep you motivated as well!

Summary: THE BEST Motivational training tool
Comment: Motivation comes in a small package. Get this and log your runs including detail of your speed throughout. Plug in your ipod and iTunes will automatically send the data from your run to the Nike+ website traking your training. On the Nike website you can set goals, race people across the world, and even get HTML to embed your runs for viewing on your blog, website, myspace, whatever you have that takes HTML (with autmoatic updates).

Summary: Good motivator
Comment: I've had this for a few months now and I really like it.
Pros:
1. It's easy to set up and use. I calibrated it once with a .5 mile run and again with a .5 mile walk and it's been extremely accurate.
2. I didn't have to purchase special Nike shoes to use it. I bought a product from SwitchEasy that allows me to attach it to the laces and it works just fine.
3. I used to map out prospective runs so I could make sure I was doing the right mileage and now I can just go and it tells me exactly how far I've gone.
4. NikePlus.com tracking helps motivate you. You can see your progress as you get faster and your endurance increases. It's a great tool of encouragement.
Cons:
1. I've had 1 experience with being unable to send data to NikePlus.com so I lost my run. It doesn't allow you to resend a run. That's stupid.

Comment: I will not run without it again. My favorite feature is the voice that cuts in at intervals to tell you your progress but still plays your music in the background. Also, it is very accurate. No more guessing how far or how fast I ran. Too many good things to say about it.
