I use these at least 5 days/week, and they are washed each day I use them. They usually last me 2-3 years. Then eventually the zipper wears out, and I have to purchase new. This pair seems MUCH more elastic which should prevent the zipper from breaking easily. The shorts are excellent at containing body heat in the area I need it most while exercising.
