Healthy Spaghetti pasta. Just one bite of Dreamfields pasta with your favorite spaghetti sauce will convince you that pasta is indeed back in your menu. Unlike other healthy pastas, Dreamfields gets very high marks from its customers for incredible taste and texture that's almost like the real thing! A typical 2-oz serving of regular pasta is an astounding 42g carbs, but Dreamfields pasta has only 5g digestible carbs. Astound your friends and family with this "diet" pasta that will have them begging for more. Dreamfields Pasta is the perfect way to eat healthy and manage your diet and family nutrition. Dreamfields has five grams of digestible carbs, is naturally cholesterol free, and saturated fat-free and contains zero grams of trans fat. Dreamfields helps limit by 65% the rise in blood glucose levels that normally occur after eating ordinary pasta. This low glycemic index for Dreamfields Pasta makes it perfect for many people with Diabetes. Kids love the taste of Dreamfields so everyone in your family will love it.

Customer Rating: Summary: spaghetti Comment: Not at all as wonderful as described in the literature Mahota's blood sugar shot up after she ate the whole box at one sitting. She says she still thinks they say it has insulin in it. The advertising is not too clear.
Customer Rating: Summary: Awful Comment: The product was awful. I tried one dish & threw the rest out. It didn't taste or feel close to regular spaghetti. I am diabetic so I decided to try low carb spaghetti. The write ups on this product are extremely misleading. I guessDreamfields Healthy Low Carb Living Pasta, Penne Rigate, 16-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 6) i will have to do without spaghetti@
Customer Rating: Summary: Backpacking gift! Comment: Another gift for my campers. No word as to how they liked it. Sorry!
Customer Rating: Summary: Yum. You won't be able to tell the difference, except... Comment: Yum. You won't be able to tell the difference, except... you won't feel that glycemic spike. Even picky guys like this pasta. One always asks if this is the o.k. kind to eat. The spike that makes sugar sensative people (some think about 75% of the population)want to go on a 3 day carb. binge. Still though, be sure to follow the portion size. A calorie is a calorie.
Customer Rating: Summary: If it seems too good to be true ... Comment: Dreamfields pasta is indistinguishable from the real thing. I have made salads for potlucks with it and no one knew any differently. However, due to the convoluted "digestible carbs" issue I would be extremely loath to recommend this to either low-carb dieters or diabetics, as there's a lot of evidence that it's not truly low-carb. There are still studies being done on it, so caveat emptor!
