Summary: mild flavor no cooking instructions
Comment: This had a very miled flavor. Neither my husbund or I liked without adding something to it. There was no cooking instrcutions which meant I had to guess. Boiled like white rice for 30 minutes came out good. I would not buy again.

Comment: A MUST BUY for anyone who enjoys FLAVORFUL rice. Very fragrant alone, yet mild, not distracting. Almost 'meaty' in texture. Nothing like regular rice. Great protien, low carb, low fat. Actually, addicting.
