Customer Rating: Summary: Great Table for the price Comment: This is a great full size pool table for the price. Be prepared for a 3 part shipment that may not all arrive at once, and a lengthy assembly. Patience not included, so have plenty of your own and read all instructions and watch the included DVD before you even attempt to put it all together. We laughed at the DVD at first, but found ourselves having to watch it again for certain aspects of assembly. We got the all black table with red playing field, it is beautiful. We couldn't believe the quality at $700 when other tables can easily get to twice or even 4 times that anount. There were a couple gaps at 2 of the corners where the pieces didn't quite fit together well, but they are small and can be easily hidden with something. I was leary about the "Slatron" surface as opposed to actual slate, but it seems just fine, just keep drinks and moisture away or you'll be spending money replacing it. But in comparison to slate, the difference in about $500 and 500 pounds of weight, Slatron will be just fine.
Of course this is no professional table, and we won't be televizing any pro matches from our house, but for a house full of guys that like to drink beer, and amuse ourselves by pitting our moderate skills against eachother, this table fits the bill perfectly and saves us $10 an hour at the local billiard joint, not including drinks.
