Summary: Fantastic Program!
Comment: I purchased this program for my seven year old daughter. She is only going into second grade but loves a good challange. In some areas (fractions/measurements) it is over her head, but she is learning a lot and I have to drag her away from the computer when she is playing this game. She is on level one now and I think it will entertain and educate her for at least another year as she moves to higher levels.

Summary: Can't play- freezes computer
Comment: We ordered both 4-6th grade Jumpstart and this Jumpstart Advanced 3rd grade. The 4-6th grade works great, but this one (3rd grade advanced) freezes up two computers used for games. Both have Windows versions listed as compatible. Sending back.

Summary: This is the best jumpstart ever
Comment: All of my kids ranging in age from 7-11 love this program. The games and activities are well written and engaging. Only occasionally do my children run into problems that require my assistance. The only downfall with the 3rd grade program is that it makes all the other jumpstart titles look that much worse.

Comment: I must say this product is OK. There is way too much story line that you must hear over and over. I just wish they would get to the educational games already. While there is so much story line there are very few instructions and some of the games are very hard to understand. So just an OK rating from me.

Comment: This is the coolest cd-rom you will ever invest in your child's education. And the best thing about it is your child doesn't even realize that he is being schooled while he is playing the games because it is soooo much fun. My 7 year old son loves it.
