Summary: FANTASTIC BROWNIE MIX!!
Comment: My son was just diagnosed with allergies to several different grains. I've been trying all kinds of products to pack in his lunches because of it. I decided to try Pamela's wheat free, gluten free chocolate brownie mix. He LOVED it. He almost ate the whole pan in one day! My husband, is SUPER picky about "health" foods and though the texture is somewhat different than white, bleached, enriched, yucchhh flour, he and my boy were fighting over the last pieces. It is a little crumblier, but we all liked it. Thank you Pamela's. It's nice to find some alternatives out there; the fact that they are healthier is just an added PLUS!!

Summary: NOT a white bread mix.
Comment: I found this darker bread to have an off putting slightly sweet taste. I will probably use the remaining packages to make a spice cookie. It's most like a quick bread, and it doesn't toast well. Too bad amazon doesn't carry the 'Cause Your Special' brand of white bread, since it actually taste like the real deal.

Comment: My husband, who has Celiac Disease, loves this bread. He says it's more moist than other brands of gluten-free bread we have tried. It doesn't fall apart like others.

Comment: Pamela's Bread mix is without a doubt the best on the market. I now use it exclusively for all my bread needs. It also makes a fantastic pizza crust. For someone who loves pizza, but can't even walk into a pizza parlor for all the flour in the air, having a true alternative is wonderful.
I can unequivocally give this mix a 5 star rating. I have just bumped my 6 package subscription to once a month.
