Do not let your swords lay around collecting dust, display your swords. This sword stand is wooden, painted with a black semi gloss coat and holds up to 6 swords in horizontal position. The stand is space saving since it is wall mounted and can be setup out of the box and mounted on the wall in minutes.
At the top of the stand is a steel Japanese kanji that also acts as the wall mount on the back side. The stand is solidly constructed and provides an easy and stylish way to display our swords.

Comment: Overall, this is fine and serves its purpose. I replaced 2 standing shelves with this hanging one and created a whole little martial arts corner for my husband. Shipping cost was a shock... almost as much as the display itself! But I haven't been able to find one ANYWHERE else! I do like that it's wall mounted and black, and my hubby loves the little samurai guy.
