Comment: I was suprised at the superior quality of the instruction in this video series. I have been taking yoga classes for several years and the techniques shown here are definitely the real thing. That said, these are also some of the most erotic videos I have seen. I only wish Aaron would set up a studio in my city.

Comment: I was surprised by what this box set had too offer, my concerns where that it would be nothing more then an excuse at seeing a bunch of guys naked but as it happens I found disc 1 a very good introduction as a yoga work out. Very easy to follow and nothing to difficult. I have been doing it on a regular basis ever sincce. Disc two I found more of a challenge and Disc 3 and 4 involving partner routines had alot to offer and I look forward to exploring in time.
